Louisville's original parking-meter lunch truck — Pagva Victor has slung Korean–Mexican fusion since 2011. Bulgogi, spicy pork, teriyaki and crispy tempura tacos, rice bowls and dumplings. Lines run 20–30 deep by noon and we sell out most days. Catch us at 5th & Market.
